Emily is an undergraduate student at Northeastern University majoring in Behavioral Neurosciences. She plans to apply to medical school to pursue her MD in the future.

She is particularly interested in how localized tumors in the body might interact with the central nervous system.

Outside the lab, she enjoys going to concerts, skiing, and spending time at the beach.

Joshua is an undergraduate at Boston University majoring in Biology on the premedical track. He is particularly focused on investigating the interactions between melanoma cells and peripheral nerves and their impact on cancer cell proliferation.

Rojina is an undergraduate at Harvard University studying neurobiology with a secondary in computer science.

She is particularly interested in how lung cancer tumors lead to changes in the nervous system and contribute to further tumor growth.

Outside the lab, Rojina designs costumes for the Harvard-Radcliffe Dramatic Club and enjoys biking and playing tennis.

She is particularly interested in investigating the connection between peripheral nerves and primary tumors in the lungs. In her free time, she enjoys roller skating, live music, and spending time with friends and family.
